Hounds Hall Refundable Booking Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. This helps us keep the Hounds Hall clean, safe, and ready for the next round of wagging tails and happy families.
✅ You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit if:

The space is left clean and tidy, free of animal waste, excess fur, trash, or damage.

All tables, chairs, and equipment are returned to their original places.

No excessive cleaning or repairs are required after your event.

You arrive as scheduled or cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice.
❌ Part or all of the deposit may be withheld if:

The space requires professional cleaning (due to waste, excess fur, spills, or stains).

Damage occurs to the room, furniture, or fixtures.

Trash or supplies are left behind for Frozen Yogi staff to dispose of.

You fail to show up for your scheduled event without canceling at least 72 hours in advance.
💡 Good to know: Refunds are processed within 72 hours of your event or cancellation, once the space has been inspected.
