To confirm your booking, we require a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. This helps us keep the Hounds Hall clean, safe, and ready for the next round of wagging tails and happy families.

You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit if:

  • The space is left clean and tidy, free of animal waste, excess fur, trash, or damage.

  • All tables, chairs, and equipment are returned to their original places.

  • No excessive cleaning or repairs are required after your event.

  • You arrive as scheduled or cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Part or all of the deposit may be withheld if:

  • The space requires professional cleaning (due to waste, excess fur, spills, or stains).

  • Damage occurs to the room, furniture, or fixtures.

  • Trash or supplies are left behind for Frozen Yogi staff to dispose of.

  • You fail to show up for your scheduled event without canceling at least 72 hours in advance.

💡 Good to know: Refunds are processed within 72 hours of your event or cancellation, once the space has been inspected.
