Event Space Refundable Booking Deposit

🌺 Reservation Deposit

To keep our Event Space free during evening (PM) hours and available to all who need it, we require a small refundable deposit per hour reserved.

• A refundable deposit is required per hour booked.

• As long as the cancellation and clean-up guidelines are met, your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Deposits are processed and returned within 48 hours after your event concludes.

🌺 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To ensure fairness for everyone in our community:

Full Refund

You will receive your full deposit back if:

• You cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation time.

• You enjoy the space respectfully and leave it clean and in the same condition you found it.

Partial or No Refund

Your deposit may be forfeited if:

• You cancel within 48 hours of your reservation,

• You do not show up,

• You are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us,

• The space is left unclean, messy, or requiring staff cleanup.

🌺 Clean-Up Expectations

To help us maintain the relaxing, peaceful atmosphere that Frozen Yogi is known for, we ask that all guests:

• Dispose of trash properly

• Wipe down all surfaces

• Leave furniture and décor where you found it

• Ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next group

🌺 Changing or Canceling Your Reservation

• You can cancel or adjust your dates online using the link provided in your original reservation confirmation.

• You are also welcome to email or call us during business hours.

• Your cancellation time is based on when your message or request is received.
